52,000 Civil Servants Will Participate in Capacity Building Training Programs

During the 2021 fiscal year, a total of 1,712 capacity building training programs will be held for staff members of 44 line ministries and government agencies, in accordance with a schedule.

A total 51,800 civil servants, of which 17,093 are female civil servants, will benefit from these training programs.

These capacity building training programs will cover subjects like governance, financial and agricultural affairs, commerce and industry, energy, mines, transportation, communications, housing, social adjustment, education and culture.

A total of 1,125 capacity building training programs will be implemented by the government agencies and the remaining 578 training programs will be implemented by partner institutions.

Of these, 1,031 training programs will be funded by the government agencies’ budgets and the remaining 681 training programs will be funded by partner institutions.

The programs include 719 vocational trainings, 812 management trainings, 107 higher education programs, 42 computer trainings, and 32 foreign language learning programs.

In the fiscal year 2021, provincial civil servants’ capacity building have been prioritized.

Of these programs, 1,463 capacity building programs will be held inside the country and another 249 capacity building programs will be held outside the country.
