Biometric and employee’s data registration in The Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) process of the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of Constitution began.
The structural limit for the Independent Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of Constitution is 131 positions. Currently, it has 122 employees.
With the implementation of the civil servants’ data registration process, it is expected that the HRMIS play a crucial role as an accurate source for human resource planning in the agencies, and assist the administrators in decision making and policy planning.
This process has been implemented in the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Education, Independent Directorate of Local Governance, Afghan National Standard Authority, General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, Ministry of Mines and Petroleum and the Independent General Directorate of Kuchi (Nomad), in the capital. This process is currently under way in the second administrative level of the abovementioned agencies in the Nengarhar, Kunar and Laghman provinces.
