The process of registering information in the Specialists Database officially began today. Those individuals, who are broadly competent in terms of professional knowledge, skill, creativity and commitment, and wish to work at the senior, specialized levels of the civil service administration, can register their general and professional information in this database.
Currently, only the following ten fields of specialization have been added to the portal of the Specialists Database: water, energy, aviation, rural development, agriculture and livestock, railway, engineering, technology, communication, and sustainable development.
Those individuals that specialize in these fields and have relevant work experience can register their information in the database. Registering information in the database takes less time. In this phase, only part of general and professional information is registered in the database.
Government departments, institutions and individuals can also propose the inclusion of competent and eligible individuals in the Specialists Database.
After evaluating the registered information, the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC) will ask those candidates, whose information are in line with the requirements of the fields of specialization in the data base, for submission of required educational and work experience documents.
