CSAB Held Coordination Meetings with Nine Government Agencies

The Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC) has held coordination meetings with nine ministries and government agencies in order to accelerate the complaints handling process, follow up the implementation of the resolutions issued by the Civil Service Appeals Board (CSAB) and on time submission of the required documents by agencies.

In the meetings, the following issues were discussed: 67 cases of non-compliance with resolutions and 68 cases of documents’ submission of the Ministry of Education, 39 cases of non-compliance with resolutions and 68 cases of documents’ submission of the General Directorate of Local Governance, 20 cases of non-compliance with resolutions and 20 cases of documents’ submission of the Technical and Vocational and Training Authority, 16 cases of non-compliance with resolutions and  one case of documents’ submission of the Ministry Rural Rehabilitation and Development, four cases of non-compliance with resolutions and  16 cases of documents’ submission of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, 12 cases of non-compliance with resolutions of the Independent Election Commission, six cases of non-compliance with resolutions of Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, three cases of non-compliance with resolutions and two cases of documents’ submission of the Ministry of Borders and Tribal Affairs, and  three cases of non-compliance with resolutions and one case of documents’ submission of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs.

In accordance with paragraph six of Article 19 of the Civil Service Law and the presidential decree No. 59, ministries and government agencies are required to implement all resolutions of the CSAB of the IARCSC within a maximum period of one week.
