Fifty Senior Civil Servants Were Trained in National Programs Leadership

In the series of capacity building programs of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC), the first round of the “Program Leadership, From Executive Bureaucrat to Agent of Change and Development” was held in the Civil Service Institute for 50 senior officials (B row positions) from the centre and provinces.

This program aims to create a common vision at the level of directorates in the civil service so that the senior civil servants can play a role in effective implementation of national programs as agents of “change and development”.

The first round of the “Program Leadership, from Executive Bureaucrat to Agent of Change and Development” was held for senior officials (B row positions) of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Ministry of Rural Development and Rehabilitation, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Public Works, National Environmental Protection Agency, and State Ministry for Disaster Management.

The second round of the program is expected to be held next month for another group of 50 senior civil servants (B row positions).
