For Proper Budget Spending, the IARCSC Assess Financial Situation of Its Provincial Offices

The Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC) evaluates and conducts a financials needs assessment of its provincial offices for proper and on time budget spending.

The financial and accounting assessment of Ghazni, Ghor, Badakhshan, Kandahar, Maidan Wardak, Kapisa, Panjshir, Parwan, Laghman, Nengarhar, Kunar and Nuristan provinces has been completed so far.

The financial managers’ capacity in properly spending the budget, budgetary needs, accounting of goods and archiving of documents are some of the areas that are being comprehensively evaluated.

The assessments show that the financial and administrative departments of the provincial offices of the IARCSC are in a good condition, and with organizing short-term training programs the capacity of these departments will increase.

The IARCSC is one of the agencies whose budget expenditure reaches 98% every year. The leadership of the IARCSC emphasizes that the facilities and resources in the central and provincial offices should be used equally, and according to the needs of each office.
