Ahmad Nader Nadery, Chairman of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission, met Muhammad Naiem Haqmal, Auditor General of the Supreme Audit Office, on the progress and results of this agency’s functional review.
Functional Review of the Supreme Audit Office began based on a Memorandum of Understanding between Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission and the Supreme Audit Office.
Technical team of the Civil Service Management Department of the IARCSC is working with the SOA’s officials on the details of developing the organizational structure of this agency.
The proposed organizational structure of the Supreme Audit Office, developed by both agencies, is based on the scope of work, basic tasks, and the standards of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institution.
Functional Review of the civil service agencies are carried out in order to determine strategic framework, basic and support tasks of the, review and modification of legal documents, review and modification of the organizational structures of the agency, simplification of administrative processes and creating standardized systems, identification of a qualified workforce to carry out basic tasks of agencies, national economic growth, and effective basic services delivery across the country.
