The process of biometric and employee’s data registration in the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) of the Attorney General’s Office Began.
The structural limit for the Attorney General’s Office is 6774 positions. Of which 3149 positions are in the centre and 3625 are provincial positions.
Organizational structures of all government agencies are incorporated in the HRMIS and the biometric and employee’s data registration process is completed in 30 provinces.
Leadership of the government and agencies require credible and accurate information and statistics in order to arrange regulations, policies and guidelines for better management of the public administration and civil servants. HRMIS enables agencies to have detailed, specific, comprehensive and accurate information about civil servants across the public administration in a unified platform.
