The Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission begins the implementation of the Human Resources Management Information System by utilizing the organizational structure management module.
The Commission will no longer accept hard copies of ministries and government agencies’ organizational structures, hence all civil service agencies are required to submit their organizational structures for next year through HRMIS. The organizational structure management module makes it possible to discuss all structural issues online, including commenting on positions’ increase or decrease and agreement or disagreement of the officials of the Directorate of Civil Service Structural Reform and HR directorates of agencies.
The organizational structure management module of the HRMIS incorporated definitions of all organizational jobs along with their description and characteristics.
The organizational structure management module’s archive enables agencies to have a systematic, analytical history of previous years’ organizational structures. This module also makes it possible to move a position from one department to another or transfer a position from one agency to another.
The Human Resources Management Information System has various modules such as organizational structure management, employees’ background, biometric, attendance and payments. These modules contain components like data entry and data review, dashboard, data filter (information validation) and developing reports. The contract employee, performance assessment and capacity building modules are expected to be developed in this system by next year.
The organizational structure management module’s utilization is the first step in implementation of the Human Resources Management Information System in civil service agencies.
