In this section, individual skill, knowledge, and abilities are examined for efficiency and effectiveness of work activities, and also facilitates interaction and participation of employees in the internal and external work environment of the office and guides decision-making in the formal and legal framework.
Thirty to forty percent of the questions in the computer-based exams for third to sixth grade positions are from the following titles and the following reading materials are recommended:

In this section, individual skills, knowledge, and abilities are examined which necessary for efficient and effective carrying out of the duties in accordance with the relevant specialty. An individual that possesses these competencies will be able to perform professional duties.
Sixty to 70 percent of the questions in the computer-based exams for third to sixth grade positions are from the specialty work areas of government agencies and ministries which are introduced below in accordance with the requirements of ToRs, type and nature of the positions.
