South Korea’s First Online Training Program for Civil Servants was Launched

As many as 22 staff members of gender units and heads of provincial and central capacity building departments of civil service agencies participated in the online gender equality training program.

The program was launched in order to improve the skills and knowledge of the staff members of the gender units in regards with policy making, the key topics of which were gender equality concepts, improvement of gender equality, importance of gender equality, history and policy of developing women’s work skills, development and performance of gender equality policy, and women’s rights.

This online program was held and conducted by South Korean experts of the Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow Program of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
