The Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) Roadmap was confirmed at the latest meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC).
The Roadmap, developed by the HRMIS and E-Governance Directorate, includes objectives, technical activities, required resources (human and operational resources), and risk management.
The HRMIS as a sustainable digital platform can facilitate informed decision making on human resource management in the ministries and independent government agencies. The system provides the means for civil servant HRM data quality with suitable information security controls. The HRMIS is connected and can share information with the other national systems.
Likewise, at the Board of Commissioners’ meeting, the General Directorate of Civil Service Management proposed development of a procedure on modification and improvement of administrative work processes, in order to strengthen the plans of the Directorate of Administrative Processes Simplification.
