The online training program titled “Urban Management for Sustainable Urban Development” of Japan is scheduled to be launched from November 10 to December 3 in the Civil Service Institute (CSI).
Current job: the applicant must be an employee of the Kabul Municipality or the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, working in the field of urban planning and development at director’s level or its equivalence.
Education: the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalence.
Language: the candidate must be proficient in English language (reading, writing and speaking).
Skills: the candidate must be computer-literate.
Health: The candidate must be in good health condition (physically and mentally). Pregnant women are not eligible for this scholarship.
Age limit: the candidate must be between 30 to 50 years of age.
Required documents: a copy of the candidate’s terms of reference of the position, a copy of national identity card (Tazkira), a copy bachelor’s degree certificate, one photo, and an introduction letter from the relavent agencies’ HR department addressed to the Civil Service Institute.
- If the said requirements are met, preference will be given to heirs of the martyrs and the disabled.
- The Civil Service Institute will give preference to female applicants for the growth of women and to maintain gender equality.
Eligible applicants can submit their applications for further processing at the Civil Service Institute by Monday, August 16.
